Cairo – Mubasher: Trans Oceans Tours said Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved distributing cash dividends of 2 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 2 million.
The OGM adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
